Brief

Our client, a leading telecoms company, seeks to recruit a CRM Loyalty Program Specialist.

 

Accountabilities:

  • Designs and implements CRM Loyalty and Retention Programs.
  • Analyses renewals of subscriptions, according to monthly reporting and research findings.
  • Participates in the evaluation of clientsdata including segmentation analysis.
  • Creates loyalty programs reporting.
  • Monitors the budget of CRM.

Qualifications:                                                                                                        

  • Undergraduate degree in marketing or business administration coupled with a post-graduate degree in business. 
  • 3-4 years of relevant B2C experience.  
  • Excellent CRM knowledge and proficient user of English.
  • Excellent communication, time management and presentation skills.
  • Team spirit, attention to detail, results orientation and innovation.
