Our client, a leading telecoms company, seeks to recruit a CRM Loyalty Program Specialist.
Accountabilities:

Designs and implements CRM Loyalty and Retention Programs.

Analyses renewals of subscriptions, according to monthly reporting and research findings.

Participates in the evaluation of clients’ data including segmentation analysis.

Creates loyalty programs reporting.
-
Monitors the budget of CRM.
Qualifications:
-
Undergraduate degree in marketing or business administration coupled with a post-graduate degree in business.

3-4 years of relevant B2C experience.
-
Excellent CRM knowledge and proficient user of English.

Excellent communication, time management and presentation skills.

Team spirit, attention to detail, results orientation and innovation.
